CurrentI provide vital administrative and case support to staff involved in delivering Post Release Services to Unaccompanied Children (UC) and their sponsors which includes facilitating communication with clients, coordinating services, assisting with paperwork, accompanying clients to appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under their care. • Conduct routine communication with clients to facilitate service coordination and assess safety.• Collaborate with local community agencies to identify culturally appropriate resources for clients.• Assisted in completing applications and referral forms for necessary services.• Accompanied clients or provided remote support for school enrollment and community resource access, medical appointments, and report back to medical coordinator.• Offer ongoing administrative assistance to PRS workers, maintaining meticulous record-keeping per policies.• Provide information, education, referrals, and advocacy to ensure comprehensive service delivery.• Continuously assessed placement safety and suitability using child welfare principles and best practices.
