I am passionate about helping executives, leaders and others explore ethical practice and become more reflective on the virtues that bring fulfilment for them and their staff, practice excellence and clients and their communities reaping the rewards. I bring over 25 years of experience in research and development to build leadership capabilities and cultivate practical wisdom (phronesis) across an organisation. Currently, I lead a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that provides leaders and their organisations with coaching, continuous professional development and train the trainer programmes to bring goods for their organisation, client satisfaction and wider common good. I have designed and led several award-winning leadership development programs with an emphasis on leading ethical change, inclusion, diversity, ethical decision-making, coaching management style, and ensuring people feel valued to apply their creativity and gifts to benefit the organisation and wider wellbeing.In addition to my leadership, managerial and consultancy practical experience in private, public (mainly health and social care) and third sectors, I have spent the last 20 years researching, publishing, and applying my model of cultivating practical wisdom including an ethical decision making toolkit used within UK Medical and Healthcare professional education. I hold a Ph.D. in Management Learning and Leadership from Lancaster University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management.I am an executive-level coach and an expert in leadership development programme design and delivery with specialities in ethical approaches to leading change and applied virtue ethics. I have engaged internal and external stakeholders in the design and implementation of research and development programmes to meet the needs of a multi-generational and diverse workforce. I have managed multi-million pound budgets and led large teams to deliver research and professional education focused on both performance and social responsibilities.
