A successful track record in managing Supply Chain operations in different industries as well as consulting with different companies to optimize and improve operations. I spent 20 years in the Ferro Chrome Industry, where I designed and developed an EPR system that tracked and cost the movement and sales of Chrome in the group. I then joined Sony, where I was part of the team that set up Sony in SA. I joined the Gillette group and started my career in Supply Chain, after which I started my career as a consultant, joining CAP Gemini and then MAC Consulting.After this, I moved to Anglo Platinum where spent 2 years on a major Supply Chain project and was then offered an opportunity to join Anglo as an Operations Supply Chain manager where I was responsible for streamlining warehouse operations. A key part of this was to optimize inventory to reduce working capital and to minimize production losses. This included processes, training, and technology. After retiring from Anglo Platinum I returned to MAC Consulting where I was involved in a number of different projects with Tronox ranging from a broad Supply Chain improvement project with Tronox SA, to being the procurement project manager for the global Tronox digitization project.
