My role as a creative partner revolved around managing the agency's daily operations and management of the creative team. Ensuring the agency maintains a high standard or work that have not only fulfilled clients' brief, but exceeded their expectations.Worked with clients to strategise and conceptualise solutions that best suited their needs. For instance, we have worked together with the HR team to come up with internal communications plan and strategy to boost their employer branding. Developing collaterals such as culture books to align their people.For our start up & SME partners, we have worked with them to come up with their brand strategy and positioning. Created an entire suite of brand and creative assets where they could fully utilise and have also rolled out communication & content plans to boost their social media presence. We've also had the opportunity to work with the marketing & comms team to roll out content plan for the brand's social media channels. Through our expertise in brand and storytelling, we made sure that the work that went out would not just meet the marketing & sales needs, but were also always in line with our clients' overall brand direction.Clients include AIA, Facebook, Brother, Allianz, TikTok, Twitch, Siemens and Wellpets.

Vicious Cycles is a custom motorcycle lifestyle company based in Singapore.While I was actively involved, I handled all brand, PR, media and communication matters. My work here mostly revolved around showing and telling – the bikes that we have built or customised, social media content & community management, etc.Getting some of the customised builds featured on several esteemed blogs not only worked out for us but more importantly, it made our customers love and treasure their machines even more. Gave them bragging rights out on the streets, and the ability to express their individuality.

Design and conceptualisation of campaigns, pitches and to assist on the day-to-day work. Some of the clients include HP, MasterCard, Pan Pacific Hotel Group, Singapore Tourism Board. Part of the core team that worked on the overall revamp of Pan Pacific Hotel Group websites, specifically the ParkRoyal brand.

Lead the overall visual design and concept of a Christmas digital campaign for Changi Airport Group. Deliverables included key visuals, banners, and campaign microsite.

Initially hired under SAP account to roll out app UI design. Later took on additional responsibilities to work on the brand/promo campaign for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

Conceptualisation and design production work of banners, EDMs and micro sites. Some of the projects include Abbott, American Express, Cisco, Nestle, Soy Joy, WDA and Yahoo!

Both print and digital design works. The projects I've handled at Flava consist of their very own website, online collaterals for Holiday Inn Singapore, ads for NUS Business School, movie promo site for Glen Goei's film, "The Blue Mansion", and many others.
