I started in Real Estate over 20 years ago when my children were small. I felt it was a career that I could develop and still be available to them when needed. I was right! I loved being able to partake in all their school activities. Now that they are grown and out of the house I still love my career. Selling real estate in a small, resort town is not work, it is fun! Weekly, monthly and weekend rentals are desirable to families and singles who want to enjoy a stay and get the feeling of the town. Many turn into second home buyers and some are lucky enough to retire here.
