In this role, I provide support with public relations and fan engagement for the D-1 Oklahoma State University sports teams. These include but are not limited to baseball, football, soccer, tennis, basketball, and wrestling. I provide support in coordinating and managing entertainment activities during game intermissions to ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees. To help maintain and foster a strong connection between fans and students in attendance as well as strategically promote Oklahoma State sporting events, I assist in conducting research on various methods of enhancing reciprocated engagement between the groups.

At Smokin' Joes Stilly, I efficiently take customer orders in a manner that ensures accuracy and attention to detail in a consistently fast-paced environment. At the same time, I operate the cash register, processing cash and electronic payments, all while maintaining a balanced drawer. I assist in preparation and execution for catering events on- and off-site. I also manage the restaurant's social media presence on Instagram and Facebook by curating thoughtful and insightful posts to maintain engagement with current customers and draw new consumer attention.
