From March 2020, became the Desktop Team Account Manager for Potter County. I currently manage a team of Tier I Desktop Technicians for the County, and oversee 1000+ desktop systems and workstations. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing images for each department county workstation, as well as repairing, configuring and deploying the equipment necessary for each workstation. This includes: identifying and resolving issues with desktops, monitors, phones, networking equipment and printers. Also assist in domain user profile creation and management, as well as various user accounts for emails in both an on-site Exchange server, as well as Office365, along with any other additional applications for over 500 employees. Assist in identifying and resolving Network issues alongside the Network Admin team. Also assist in managing and patching servers, while identifying when new VM servers need to be created and deployed for hosting new or existing applications and their respective databases through VSphere and VMWare Tools. With that said, one of my main roles in the county continues to be establishing excellent levels of communication with the end user, in order to identify and resolve problem tickets as rapidly as possible. Previous to this, I was the main IT liaison for Apollo Med Flight. Acting main point of contact for all IT needs for the company. Maintained excellent level of communication between the company and our internal administration resources, including managing expectations, setting standards . Managed all desktop deployments, repairs and replacements. Ensured rapid response time to any problem tickets coming in, as well as managing escalating issues that were beyond my means to resolve, while maintaining communication throughout. Assisted in managing server VMs, and took ownership over the configuration, deployment and management of the Zoll turnkey system for Apollo Med Flight.

Repairing hardware and software issues on PCs, Macs, and anything else that was brought to me. Also performed On-Site repair and set up services for clients unable to bring their systems into the shop, as well as remote access software repairs.

Generate leads by contacting potential clients or dealing with in-bound emails asking for information and quotations. I manage our Spanish speaking accounts located in Europe and throughout South America. Guide clients through the process of setting up a turn key solution for their gas transportation needs, answering any and all questions as well as providing all of the relevant information to all parties involved. Carrying out economic analysis and consulting. Once the deal is closed, I handle the logistics of getting our units transported from our installations to any place in the World our client may need them. Assisted with choosing and installing company wide CRM software in order to assist our sales force. Demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and to communicate effectively in this regard in order to improve our sales numbers. Made daily use of Windows, Office, various internal servers and troubleshooting WiFi and Printer networks. I provide translation services for any and all of our Spanish speaking clients to ensure that they understand our product and achieve their goals.Additionally, I assist around the office with clerical work, data entry, spreadsheet generation, cash flow analysis and billing and invoices for our leasing company.
