BECHEMproducts are convinced by innovative formulations in most different industries through applicationengineering – in Cement, Steel, Textile, Automotive, Food & Pharma and Metal Working Processes.Key Responsibilities:# Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, andservices.# Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answeringquestions and requests.# Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport withpotential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.# Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, andother professional personnel.# Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or serviceapplications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes,or use of materials or services.# Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information andengineering and application trends.# Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewingprofessional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.# Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery. Contributes to team effortby accomplishing related results as needed.
