Customers: NEXT, Reiss, River IslandProducts: Women's Casual Trouser, Dress Blouse, Tailoring, Beachwear, Nightwear, Woven Soft Accessories, The Set.-------------------------------------------------------------------Responsibilities: •Conducting garment fittings and ensuring garments meet quality and fit standards.•Collaborating with designers and pattern makers to develop the samples.•Communicating with suppliers to resolve technical issues and comments understanding to get correct sample.•Sample review and approval (Development sample, 3D Fit, White seal, Black seal, PP, and Gold seal sample)•Raised the workbook and prepared the comments for each style.•Conducting product risk analysis in sampling stages to ensure NEXT safety standards.•Providing technical support to factory technical and production teams during garment manufacturing processes.•Participating in PP meetings and providing input on any comments or risk concerns on production.•Train factory staff on technical specifications, garment construction techniques, and NEXT procedures to enhance overall production quality.•Liaise with other departments such as sourcing, merchandising, and logistics to ensure alignment on product timelines and requirements.•Ensure all samples are approved before PCD and production timelines are met.• Claim Management – Deal with buyer and factory as well.
