As an independent consultant, Mr. Eschle consulted with a private investment group to develop a business plan and lay the groundwork for an IT Services start-up company. Mr. Eschle created financial forecasts and budgets, developed initial service offerings and assisted with creation of the business development plan. Mr. Eschle' s efforts led to a successfully business launch in 2018.

Mr. Eschle has over 30 years of experience in the information technology and business process services industry. He has extensive hands-on experience developing, managing, and operating business and financial solutions for clients across multiple industries including financial services, telecomunications, government, healthcare, retail, oil & gas, and utilities. Over the course of his career, Mr. Eschle has managed progressively more technically and organizationally complex projects, programs, and accounts. He has extensive experience managing both small and large projects, as well as large multi-client programs involving the centralized management of diverse technical platforms and across multiple delivery centers. He is skilled at building long-term, high trust client relationships. For example, after filling various functional architect, development manager and PM roles for one of CGI’s largest commercial accounts over a 7 year period, Mr. Eschle took over as Account Manger for a $60M+ per year account where he subsequently achieved double-digit organic account growth over the course of the next 6 years. In 2007, Mr. Eschle assumed responsiblity for managing CGI’s network of onshore delivery centers in the US which he grew from 50 to over 1600 employees and expanded from 1 to 6 delivery locations. These centers served over 150 clients across the country, delivering information technology and BPO services using a unique, highly cost effective operations model that integrates IT and BPO professionals working in rural delivery centers with onsite teams located at client offices.
