Michael Schuldt served as the CIO for Genesis AEC and The Dennis Group, a combined 1,200-person Engineering, Architecture and Consulting Firm with offices across the United States. Michael managed the IT Department and was responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of IT initiatives. He has an in-depth knowledge of the current and up-and-coming technology and trends in the AEC industry.

Responsible for solution development, business process analysis, and enterprise asset management strategy, integration and optimization. Leading an ESRI Silver Partner team of technical experts to deliver service offerings including GIS, data visualization, and integrated project delivery solutions. As Director of Technology and a principal owner of a 360-person architecture and engineering firm, Mike’s role was aligning technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. He was responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization.

Mike served as founder and president of AEI Digital (now EwingCole DMG) where he developed unique strategies and solutions to virtually and visually communicate proposed projects using advanced Computer Modeling and Visualization, Project Management Solutions, Digital Multimedia and Internet Content/Collaboration Technologies.
