Prior to this assignment, I was a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Director for the Digital Foundation Project supported by World Bank, at Ministry of Innovation and Technology. Previously working as Senior Strategic Advisor, Digital Transformation Program, at Ministry of Innovation and Technology (MInT). Assistance Professor in Computer Science at HiLCoE, School of Computer Science & Technology. Worked at Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA) as IT Manager and as IT Director at Orchid Business Group. Teaching and Research in the field of Computer Science, Information Communication Technology. Specially in Software Engineering, Software Project Management, Real-time/embedded system, etcI have a practical and management experience in ICT project management concentrating in e-government areas.
