Serving as the Director of Project Design for this ambitious first of its kind project required an all creative skills on board approach was required, drawing from my urban design, marketing, brand management, event planning and project management.• Deliverables include a 10 Acre site Masterplan complete with a site plan and supporting landscape arcitectural and urban designpllans.• Comprehensive Marketing and investment proposal documents.• Urban design and Marketing development for Dar Oasis “Life in the Slow Lane” urban Oasis.• Designed a 350 Units mixed use “GreenScapes 1st” residential community.• 2 month on design site,analysis and Business Development analysis and research for Project Investment• Organized and presented the project at various Governmental, Banking and other project investment stakeholders presentations.• Designed and managed a six figure sales and marketing initiative in both local and international markets• Designed all project branding needs and the Dar Oasis Presentation book.
