A passionate, enthusiastic and friendly person with strong communication skills and work ethic.My most recent work experience was as a a Customer Relationship Manager at I-MED Radiology. I was responsible for managing relationships of internal and external customers to drive growth in sales revenue and procedure numbers. I would meet clients face-to-face, communicate through telesales and present information about I-MED Radiology. I would also work in teams alongside the National Sales Manager, Regional Managers and Clinic staff by communicating information that I am collating from my talks with customers. .I have completed my bachelor in Biomedical Engineering (Honours) from Swinburne University and worked at Dräger in a Sales Support/Business Intelligence role between May 2017- Oct 2019. In this role I was responsible for reporting out of CRM - Microsoft Dynamics 2011 and managing the Customer Master and reporting Net Sales, OOH and OE out of the BI - Business Intelligence and Sales Support.I have worked full-time in the healthcare industry prior to my position at Dräger for a 12 month industry based placement at the Royal Children's Hospital in the Clinical Technology Department.
