Responsible for developing, managing, and supporting agency-wide accountability for fiscal and managerial results. Work extensively with the Controller to integrate financial policies and procedures, management integrity, internal controls, risk management, and audit follow-up into the agency's annual processes. Manage and coordinate the agency’s compliance with the Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA), the Inspector General Act Amendments of 1998, respectively, selected provisions of the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990.Have direct oversight of two branches: (1) Management Integrity and Accountability Branch; and (2) Policy and Training Branch. In this capacity, direct the formulation and issuance of agency-wide policies, procedures and accounting structures governing the fiscal aspects of Agency activities in order to comply with Federal law, to carry out regulations and directives issued by the central control agencies or to achieve other fiscal objectives determined by Agency management. I work with senior agency officials and external stakeholders to formulate guidance and policies, and general strategies for attaining the goals.
