Responsible for customer retention activities including responding to and resolving customer issues, proposing on-going installation / training, and monitoring overall customer satisfaction. Responsible for all aspects overall customer satisfaction.Responsible for analysis of support workload statistics, in order to provide projections for future support volume in order to schedule resources appropriately.Provide recommendations for and assist in developing employee performance metrics. Complete and deliver employee performance evaluations.

- Supervised team providing Support, Training, Project Management and Account Management services to K-12 school districts.- Acted as product manager for ScoreAnalyzer, providing detailed data analysis for K-12 assessment scores.
