Experience in QA documentation such as change control (CCF/CCN), SOP (writing, Revision & implementation), COA, CAPA, Root cause analysis, BPR, MPR, and validation protocol. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in technical documentation, Software: Microsoft Office and HPLC (Empower, Chemstation, Chromelion & LC solution). Good working knowledge of SOPs, GMP, GCP, GDP, GLP, ALCOA, CTD, Quality management system guidelines: ICH,USFDA & Health Canada pharmacopeia's: USP,IP, BP,EP
