    In April of 2022, Unitas Global completed an asset sale of its Network Business to Digital Alpha and its MSP business to 11:11 Systems. In May of 2022 Unitas Global acquired the network assets of INAP to create a $81m company serving over 1000 customers in 160 countries. Unitas Global was merged with PacketFabric in March of 2023.
