Green Economy Financing Facility Tajikistan II (GEFF – Tajikistan II) is a framework operation of USD 50 million under which credit lines will be provided by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to eligible participating financial institutions for on-lending to private sector borrowers from agricultural, residential and commercial sectors for green technology investments.

• Managed impact evaluation projects, to evaluate effectiveness of programs and portfolios, for commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs provided by energy utilities and energy efficiency organizations throughout the United States• Developed detailed measurement and verification (M&V) plans and conducted on-site M&V for industrial energy efficiency projects• Conducted power metering of equipment rated up to 480 volts and/or acquired trend data from energy management systems to research end-use electric load shapes and assess peak demand reduction (demand response action) opportunities• Conducted quantitative and qualitative engineering analysis of energy efficiency measures to determine energy savings and electrical demand reduction for a broad range of industrial energy systems (i.e. compressed air, pumping, process heating, steam, and refrigeration)• Supported utility integrated resource planning and program development for electric and natural gas utilities to assess market potential for energy program uptake and energy savings, and design programs that capture the maximum savings potential• Reviewed and developed technical reference manuals (TRM) for estimating energy and demand savings for demand side management efficiency measures to assist energy efficiency program planning• Monitored other engineers’ performance, reviewed their calculations, allocated their time, and determined more efficient efforts
