I gratuated in Pamukkale University Industrial Engineering Department as “Honor Student”. I had completed my school in 3 years. I had been an internship at Vestel Electronics. I had developed a new method for an LCD TV production line. With the method, new production point had been increased from 90 to 120 per hour. In this case i had taken 3 reference letters from production managers. I had worked in Vestel Electronics with "Production and Proses Development Engineer" title for 1 year. I had worked in Etapak Printing and Packaging Factory within the structure of Özgörkey Holding. I was in charge of all lean production activities with “Lean Manufacturing Project Engineer” title for 2 years. I had worked in Turkuaz Tekstil AŞ by Quality Manager and Executive Representative. Currently i have worked in Pamukkale University as Pamukkale Technopolis Deputy General Manager. My experiences are about improving new production systems, production efficiency, work study, time study, method study, ECRS methods, Lean Production, Kaizen, Kobetsu Kaizen, TPM, Cost-Down Projects, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), autonomous maintenance, OEE (Overall Equipment Efficency), DFA (Design For Assembly), handling and material locations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, AQL Inspection methods, ISO 9001, BSCI, SEDEX, customer audits and Adidas Production Systems. I had made a presentation about AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Proses) in 12. National Production Research Symposium. The project is about selection suppliers for a company with using digital and analitic methods. Also i joined an academical project which the topic is Assembly Line Worker Assignment and Balancing Project. I had done the practical steps (time study, neighbourhood...) of this project. I applied a TUBITAK 1505 University-Industry Cooperation Project about Design For Assembly.
