Hello everyone,With a foundation in Management Information Systems from Boğaziçi University, where I gained interdisciplinary education and developed cross-functional skills, my journey has been shaped by diverse experiences and a passion for innovation. My international exposure through an Erasmus program in Germany broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of global business dynamics.I began my career at Borsa Istanbul as a Business Analyst, where I quickly realized that the structured environment of large corporations wasn’t the right fit for my entrepreneurial spirit. My interest in product development led me to an internship at Yemeksepeti, Turkey’s first food delivery platform. There, I was entrusted with significant responsibilities from day one, allowing me to impact countless users. As our team merged with the EU Product team under Delivery Hero, I contributed to web domain strategies for 11 EU countries, including Turkey.Driven by a desire to make a more direct impact, I transitioned to the startup world, joining Lumolead as the first hire. At Lumolead, I work closely with our founder to shape the next generation of leaders through our AI-powered leadership development platform. From defining our product vision and conducting user and market research to collaborating with design and development teams on our MVP, I have been at the forefront of creating our go-to-market strategy.
