Here I worked on an electronic device project in which I was a part of the team of a German company. My responsibilities in this project were;• Testing the functions assinged to me manually,• Implementing manual tests into automation by using Ranorex Studio.• Performing API tests by using Postman.• Documenting and reporting by using JIRA and Confluence environment.

My main responsibilities here were;• Developing PLC programs in Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT 2&3, Omron Sysmac Studio, KollmorgenAutomation Suite and HMI programs for Kinco and EXOR panels.• Commissioning drives both inverters and servos.• Giving technical service for previously commissioned machines.• Supervising colleagues.I have developed programs here for Conveyor systems, Water Bottle Palletizing and Pallet Stretching machines.

I have worked as DCS engineer in the rehabilitation project of Kemerköy Thermal Power Plant.My main responsibilities here were;• All the input and output tests from the field to the DCS,• Functional tests of the instruments,• Functional tests of SCADA system.

In this company I have worked as Application Engineer. After the slabs are fed into the machine, every polishing head knows whether the position under itself has marble for going down to polish. I was responsible for the automation of this machine. Lenze servodrives were used in this project and I have developed the programs.• Octopus Screen Printing Machine (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qgXMyGjM_c)In this machine, selected heads print the figures through the screen pattern on the textiles. Lenze PLC, servo drive, inverters, HMI and I/Os were used in this project. I have drawn the electrical schemas, configured the servo drive and inverters and programmed the PLC and HMI as well.• Rope Opening, Slitting and Squeezing Machine (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xQEhNgdzdQ)This machine opens, slits and squeezes the textile ropes. Parameters like machine speed, spinning wheel feed, enzyme ratio can be set or observed via the HMI. Lenze PLC, inverters and I/Os were used in this project and I have developed all the programs.

According to my job description, I took part in the automation projects as makingelectrical design (deciding on relevant components, drawing electrical schemas, etc.),developing required softwares and commissioning the completed projects.From the beginning of my carreer in this company, I have engaged in two different projects which have already fullfilled.First was an ex-proof mechanical press machine. My duties in this project were as follows;• Choosing the relevant electrical components and drawing electrical schemas in E-Plan environment.• Since the machine is controlled by Parker Compax3 smart drive, I have developed the PLC software inCoDeSys environment using CFC and ST languages. And the used motor was also Parker ex-proof servomotor.• HMI interface of the project has developed in Visual Studio environment using C# language. For thisHMI interface an ex-proof industrial PC was used and was communicated with Parker smart drivevia RS-232 communication.My other project in this company was an industrial serial robot project. This robot was a mold cleaningrobot. Beside giving support to developed three other robots before, I was also engaged in designand production of the fourth robot as project responsible. I have already and now I am also engaged in the production of the sixth robot. My duties in this project is as follows;• Beckhoff products like Beckhoff servomotors, servomotor drives (AX5000, EL7211), I/O modules (EL3312,EL1819, EL2809, EK1100), industrial PC (CP3212) are utilized in the automation of this robot. And thecommunication protocol is EtherCAT since all control components are type of Beckhoff.• Developing PLC software (using IEC 61131-3, PLCOpen function blocks) and NC (G-Code) programs inTwinCAT 3 environment.• HMI interface is developed in Visual Studio environment by using C# language.• Choosing relevant electrical components and drawing electrical schemas in E-Plan environment.

In German Higher Education System there are job positions called Hiwi in which students can gain project andwork experience. Therefore, I have worked in a project that I could use and improve my PLC programming skillsat RWTH Aachen University Textile Institute.• Name of the project was "Textile Print Machine".• In this project, I was responsible for software design. Basically, I have worked on Beckhoff PLC programming, controlling of servo and step motors and developing HMI interface.• In this project, I have also gathered experiences of working in a multicultural team.

In this company my duties were as follows;• Preparing electrical schematics of existing and new-developed compressors in Zuken E3 environment and preparing the other necessary documents.• Choosing relevant components for the machines.• Prosecution of the production and commissioning of the machines.

In this company my duties were as follows;• Electrical and mechanical maintenance of a so-called "Document Sorting Machine".• Updating and developing new softwares of Siemens PLC S7-300 and Siemens HMI OP270.• Inspection of sensors.• Maintenance and communicating of barcode reader systems with PLC.• I have also take part in the design of a new machine which has same functionalities with existing one.
