Cancer genomics

– Analyze data for vector-like quark searches at the ATLAS Experiment of the LHC by using various programming languages such as C++ and Python and statistical tools. These studies resulted in one publication in Phys.Rev.D and two notes in current Editorial Board.– Develop configuration package of Liquid Argon (LAr) calorimeter trigger digitizer boards for data acquisition back-end. C++ language is used and a successful connection with electronics is achieved.– Develop GUI and analyze radiation test data of design ADC for LAr calorimeter Phase-II upgrade. These studies resulted in one publication in IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science.– Develop a neural network architecture in a format suitable for deployment on FPGAs for LAr calorimeter Phase-II upgrade. A paper draft is in progress and the first results were presented at APS April 2021 Meeting.– Coordinated detector operation and upgrade and leading meetings as a LAr calorimeter expert during Phase-I upgrade period.– Deliver talks and present posters regularly. Some examples are EPS-2021, which included the first public debut of a physics analysis, and APS April Meeting 2021.
