After completing my English teaching degree in 2015, I gained extensive experience in the shoe production industry. My roles encompassed domestic and foreign trade, customer relations, R&D, production process management, production planning, and logistics. From 2016 to 2019, I held management, sales, marketing, and import-export positions within our family company, focusing on shoe materials sales and industrial machinery imports in Romania. In response to the growing demand in Turkey’s shoe industry in 2019, we resumed production for private labels and engaged in sales and marketing activities for foreign trade. Subsequently, I organized customer representation, R&D, planning, sales, and logistics for private brands across various companies in response to sector demands.
