Önce Klima is one of the sub-departments of CVH HVAC company. We have VRF, Multi, U-Match, Split, Chiller, Fancoil systems of Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and our own brand CVH. In addition to selling devices to our customers, we also provide technical service.

- Analyzing the Azerbaijani market, setting annual targets and placing orders for the necessary products (VRF System, U-match, Multi System, Fancoil, Chiller, AHU, Fan) to achieve the targets- Managing order processes with the Gree brand, performing cost analysis, determining profit margin and product sales prices- Lead and manage the sales team. Conducting sales training to increase the sales activities of the team.- To determine the sales targets on an annual and monthly basis and to make the necessary organization and planning for their realization.- To make necessary analysis to keep the stock structure regular.- Determining new campaigns and sales strategies.- To produce and realize solutions to increase the awareness of the company and the represented brand.- Make necessary visits and follow up projects for the realization of sales activities.

- Managing the dealers in the Marmara Region and carrying out sales activities.- Conducting regular visits and recording them in CRM to achieve the sales targets set by the company.- Finding new dealers and developing dealers in line with sales targets.- Technical sales by generating technical solutions for projects.- To promote the company and its products.- Trying to realize these plans by making long-term plans with dealers- Determining suitable devices for projects submitted by customers- Analyzing competitor brands and reporting to the manager.

- Managing and leading the team working in the member relations unit.- Organizing special events and meetings for members.- Visiting members at their workplaces and determining their demands and finding solutions to their demands.- Registering new members and performing official transactions.- Managing student member studies. To organize necessary visits to universities and to work on increasing cooperation.- Reporting and analyzing the work done to the board of directors

I realized summer internship at a firm that produces heating systems. I experienced sales, after-sales product tracking, sales techniques, customer satisfaction, process analysis, management systems.

MAHLE is a large company producing pistons for automotive companies. I did a summer internship on production methods in this company. I also gained experience in business development, product range and personnel management.
