He and his co-workers actively take roles in ‘’the engineers’’ brand to create value for engineering students, young engineer professionals, and engineering brands who are actively looking for engineers to employ.He has worked in different departments of big companies in Turkey since his bachelor's. The practice he had made him believe in the importance of experience, networking, and creativity. Now, he'd like to transfer his knowledge to individuals in the beginning or in his career path and wants to lead to creating something very unique with his team. Mesut has a creative mind, and he is trying to turn his creative ideas into real ones for an environment in which he has involved.He believes, as a team, they create tailor-made content, design, and make dreams come true.
