Devised the Department of the Air Force's (DAF) inputs for all Force Protection & Combat Support Programs of Record totaling $17.5B/yr in Air Base Air Defense , Air Base Ground Defense, MILCON, FSRM, facilities operations, housing & environmental.Identified 21 Program of Memorandum (POM) Base Defense disconnects across five panels citing $6.4B Fiscal Year Defense Program (FYDP) deficit advocating to protect the Air Force mission sets.Integrated the HAF A3/A4/A5/A8 Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) into the Headquarters Air Force Corporate Process and injected $4.4B into the FY Plan for a DAF paradigm shift for how Air & Space Forces Bases are defended.Led the Air Force's Foundational Planning Scoring Team that racked & stacked $5.6T of the Air Force's Total Obligation Authority (TOA) for the FY26-60 directly affecting the National Defense Strategy (NDS).Appointed the Director of Resource Integration (AF/A4P) Space Force lead melding A4 priorities to inform the AF Base Operating Support (BOS) to the Space Force with a $10B Total Obligation Authority (TOA) transfer to the Space Force.Shaped the C-sUAS (Counter Small Unmanned Ariel Vehicles) and RDT&E for future combat systems and secured $60M to begin defending 187 DAF Air & Space Bases around the globe.Developed the first Department of the Air Force ABAD (Air Base Air Defense) systems to defend DAF assets from incoming enemy missiles & cruise launched missiles with $1.9B of startup funds into the FYDP 22-27.
