I have a home office that has a reliable internet connection and an up to date PC where I work on all of the back office parts of the band that I manage and do PR / Social Media Marketing for. I am not required as a band manager to travel with the band. I do all of my work in my home office. I am not paid a salary or given any monetary compensation for this job. This job was self created , and can be done in my own personal free time.

I handed in my two weeks resignation on 3/25/23 because my medical benefits with MAC ended and I couldn’t afford to pay for the benefits that Macys offered.

I was in a catastrophic car accident on January 3, 2017 with my dog. We both survived, however I ended up having both of my legs rebuilt with medical grade titanium. The expected turn around for me to be medically cleared and walking was 10 years. I chose not to take the medicine I was prescribed. I only took the vitamin D3 supplements and took a far more holistic approach and was able to walk properly in 8 months. I waited on going back to retail work until I was confident to stand for long periods of time.

I attempted to apply for the exact same position I had in Pennsylvania for Hot Topic, however the staff in Rapid City told me they weren’t looking for anyone at the time. The Hot Topic website stated the opposite. I believe I was turned down because of discrimination.

I am called in by MAC stores and counters to work as an on-call or freelance Retail Artist when needed. I completed my MAC certification back in 2009. Worked for MAC Cosmetics for four years and took a freelance position so that I could be a full-time college student.

Completing a full face makeover in 30 mins. Certified in makeup application and eyelash application. Maintaining awareness to help multiple customers when alone. Taking/making phone calls and completing phone orders while still serving and assisting customers that were present at the store. Opening and closing the counter. Standing in as manager on duty when manager isn't present and making the correct responsible decision to make the customer happy and not jeopardize sales for the counter. Completed teaching a Master Class for MAC customers. Being responsible for sending and receiving shipments. Setting up and completing store biannual inventory. Volunteered to help stock and put together furniture for Deptford,NJ Macy's counter so that they could open their location.

Performed duties as manager for 2 locations. Beauty and Skin Care Consultant. Trained and educated staff. Managed inventory. Cashier and greeter. I took the time to make sure that every customer I had felt valued and appreciated. Within the first 6 months of working for AVEDA, I was promoted to Lead Advisor because of my professional work ethic, dedication and willingness to succeed.
