-Providing training to the customer's staff on how to use the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (PLM) software and providing support during the implementation process.-Recommending best practices to optimize the customer's product development processes and continuously making improvements to the processes.-Maintaining constant communication with the customer, listening to their needs and feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.-Managing projects such as PLM implementation or integration and coordinating the project team.

- F2F sales and marketing of all CAD - CAM software with SOLIDWORKS , 3D EXPERIENCE Platform, HypermiLL product group- Making regular visits to existing customers in the region, making inquiries about their needs and satisfaction- Establishing different sales channels other than existing customers and promoting companies and products- Following up the payment and delivery processes of the customers to whom sales are made

-Providing sales, implementation, technical support and training of Product Data Management (PDM) and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (PLM) Services-Making customer or potential customer visits, making technical presentations-Determining the needs of the customer in contact with, creating new product potential for the needs-Preparing marketing materials (Image, Blog post, Webinar, Video recording, etc.) when a new product or new feature is released.
