Founded in 2013, Veloxity aims to disrupt the way mobile networks are monetized by matching the demand and supply for wireless network capacity in real time using analytics derived from mobile device generated data. - Led the product effort for developing telecom industry's first real-time location-aware contextual marketing solution powered by analytics based on streaming data from mobile devices.- Integrated Hadoop, Impala, Spark, streaming, and machine learning in the software stack, utilizing big data tools to scale the system to autonomously market plan add-ons to up to 100 million mobile subscribers.- Assembled an in-house development team at the company's first European office and executed the transition from outsourcing to in-house development, increasing development capacity by 200% within 6 months.- Implemented JIRA and Confluence based on agile methodologies to streamline the development, documentation, and support processes, resulting in a manifold improvement in collaboration efficacy.- Intimately involved in sales efforts as the product point man in closing the company's first deal with Vodafone.- Managed the pioneering implementation of the solution at Vodafone Turkey, guiding it through PoC in May 2015 and commercial launch in October 2015—breakneck time for rolling out any vendor solution at an operator.- Achieved 10% offer uptake ratio at get go against an expectation of 3-5%, and set the new bar at 20%.- Took active part as the product lead in furthering talks with Vodafone in expanding the solution to elsewhere in Europe and beyond in 2016, opening an avenue to potentially reaching 500+ million Vodafone subscribers.

Wintouch CRM is a leading solution for businesses requiring deep integration to ERP systems on IBM server platforms.- As the product owner for the full product suite, managed P&L, and sustained a high level of profitability for Wintouch CRM in the face of stiff competition from rising vendors such as Salesforce.- Launched the Wintouch Web product to replace existing fragmented front-end options for both desktop and mobile, which in turn reduced customer issues reported based on client side software problems by 80%.- Released iOS and Android phone and tablet apps, more than doubling mobile use of Wintouch by customers.- Championed data science and added a business intelligence product to the suite, increasing the number of reports deployed by customers by more than 300%.- Created offshore teams and integrated them to the development team at home, effectively doubling the number of developers for Wintouch, while staying within budget.- Struck a co-marketing deal with IBM which contributed up to $2 for every $1 spent by Touchtone on marketing.- Set up Trac as the new issue tracking system resulting in the largest to date progress in team communication.
