The insertion in the company as a developer and entrepreneur leaded Nautilus to several changes. Especially in the field of the strategic analysis and the development of the projects related to the internet world.As a passionate for the new technologies, I used to analyze which were the new technological tendencies to use the ones that would improve the efficiency and quality of the company and their services. One of the basic proposals that helped to a better centralization and a faster communication was to use Google Apps as the main work tool.As a Technical Director, one of the most complex tasks was to analyze which was the real need of the client as well as to define which technologies would be used for the development of the project. This required the coordination with the clients and the involved technicians on the project. I was implying on the distance of nearly all the steps of the projects such as the definition of the requirements, and the design a technology used for the project.During the increase in the technical personnel of the company I used to lead with the CEO the interviews to acquire the new talent. Once he was in the company I drove him during the first months.All along the career in the company there were used different methods adapted to the company to follow the technical projects and the distribution of tasks.
