Assess client eligibility for different types of visas (tourism,business, family visits).Assist clients in gathering and preparing required documents,ensuring compliance with destination country requirements.Prepare and submit visa applications, schedule appointments,and provide support for online application processes whilemonitoring visa application status, keep clients informed ofupdates, and address additional embassy requests.Resolve issues such as visa denials or delays and advise onreapplication procedures to improve approval chances.Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive andattentive to client needs.Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and ensure allprocesses comply with legal requirements.

Experience in SAP.Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, andfeedback through phone and email and ensurecustomer satisfaction.Ability to manage time effectively & meet deadlines.Coordinating communication between area salesmanager and area executives to achieve the relevantarea targets
