Though the company profile for Game Frontier has always been one of delivering services to the international video game industry the scope of what this entails has widened dramatically as time has passed. The role began as organising live and online video gaming events and tournaments has gradually become more of an all encompassing "if it's done on a computer then I'm probably already doing it!" position. Partner in a multi site retail florist business in and around Harrogate. I began working in the family business when I was 16 and spent the next "few years" helping to reinforce Blameys as a by word for quality in the florist sector in the area. As a partner my roles encompassed almost aspect of the business including buying stock, price negotiation, creating and styling floral gift items, order taking, complaints management, in store design, stock rotation, scheduling deliveries, staff management and payroll.The stores were sold in 2007.
