• Oversee IT systems and software used in mail and package distribution, ensuring accurate data handling, tracking, and automation of sorting processes.• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics through IT systems, manage digital inventory logs, and work closely with other departments to streamline and automate operations.• Assist the Distribution Manager in optimizing IT-based workflows, coordinating system schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high operational efficiency through digital solutions.• Provide technical training and support to staff on IT tools, manage performance tracking software, and act as the main point of contact for IT-related concerns in the absence of the Distribution Manager.

• Drive automation/integrations between systems and services to increase productivity, efficiency, and security• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability• Help to deploy and maintain core IT systems that support the business• Develop and maintain best practices for the In-House developed appilication troubleshooting processes• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies• Manage access to the company’s IT systems and tools• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application softwares, and system management tools by ensuring proper documentation and procedures.• Capture, log and update incidents via JIRA according to SLAs.• Utilizes different communication channels to support or guide users on the different enquiries and problems raised from these channels including personal visits, telephone calls, e-mails, JIRA and Teams chat etc.• Manage purchasing and deployment of company notebooks and IT equipments• Provides technical/non-technical support to users, conducts analysis, diagnosis and troubleshoots systems, network, hardware/software faults and bugs to resolve problems considering system capacity, limitations, etc.; applies metrics to monitor performance and measure key project criteria.• Experience and support of Microsoft Server/workstation operating systems and office applications• Experience with supporting software applications via telephone and using remote tools• Prepare training manuals, documents and improve current processes
