Ongoing review of work flows and infrastructure in coordination to deliver optimal productivity and consistent quality of service to internal and external customers. Assessment, Selection, contracting and relationship / performancemanagement with any subcontractor providers to ensure compliance with Corporate Subcontractor Management including service review and commercial negotiations within country. To follow Local and Global tenders and provide neccesary documents and offers for global and Local Customers.
