For the internship at Peutz BV I have conducted research for the acoustic consultancy office Peutz BV at Zoetermeer to determine the sound transmission loss of steel air ducts as well as different types of acoustics isolation materials applied to the ducts. Data acquisition, writing of algorithms, laboratory measurements on models and field measurements were part of the research.

For my thesis I did write the stray light correction algorithm at Airbus Defence & Space The Netherlands. The algorithm will be developed for the Sentinel 5 satellite instrument, launched in 2021 to monitor trace gases in the troposphere. The algorithm is written in C++ and the visualization part is written in Python. The title of my thesis is: 'Stray light correction for the Sentinel 5 air quality instrument'.
