Duties and Experiences As Banquet Sales Representative * Selling of banquet functions and rooms if included in the function. * Coordinate all event details to include food & beverage functions, wedding ceremonies, audio visual needs, billing and any other special needs clients/customers may have. * Consistently maintain and enhance client relationship, manage guest complaints and resolve concerns and facilitate excellent guest service for new and existing convention customers. * Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods. * Assist in the development of sales and marketing plans including establishing events sales goals. Duties and Experiences As Reservation Agent * Responsible for processing room reservation by fax, phone, email and mail. * Accepting and keeping records of advanced deposits on reservations. * Coordinating the convention and conference groups in block reservations * Used proper procedures to change or cancel reservations. * Checking for the guarantees of credit cards and cheques of reservations. * Accepting and keeping records of advanced deposits on reservations. * Cooperate with the group of sales managers and help in walk-in basis reservations. * Executing strong customer service abilities. * Responsible for all other duties assigned
