Manage scholarship process of USAID Women Scholarship Endowment program. It provides scholarships for women to study Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields of study. Currently managing 350 students going to 27 different universities. We also provide them with career service training to make them ready for the job market and explore.
