Design, development, and guidance in creating the Meeting Evolution software product which is utilized by professional meeting planners across the country to source events through a database of over 100,000 hotels and meeting venues around the world. It handles developing the specifications and agenda for an event, sends out requests for proposals (RFP), manages the proposals to be provided back to clients, then tracks the process through the creation of a counter signed agreement to the post event billing.Meeting Evolution was built on top of a custom framework I created. Developed an interactive database backed web catalog utilizing PHP for entire product line. Designed all the graphics, logo, and layout to meet customer’s specifications. Due to internal issues within the company the customer never completed the data entry required to complete the site.
