I was responsible for designing a mobile application that aimed to promote food justice and eliminate systemic barriers that prevent people from accessing the food they need to thrive. My role involved collaborating with a developer, and stakeholders to create a user-friendly and accessible platform that would empower individuals and communities to take control of their food choices.During my time at The FoodXChange, I was instrumental in developing the app's user interface and experience, as well as conducting user research and testing to ensure that the app met the needs of our target audience. I also worked closely with the developer to ensure that the app was optimized for performance and scalability, and that it integrated seamlessly with our backend systems.
