About Mets Kramer

Experienced Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the Construction equipment industry. I've held roles in covering almost all aspects of equipment dealer operations. Now, through coaching and team building, I work with clients to develop areas of their business or bring in new innovation. I see a strong focus on information and education as the best way to empowering teams and supporting growth. Speaking and teaching is one of my passions and I've spoken a several key industry conference including, most recently, the IEDA conference. My educational background includes a B. Eng. & Mgmt in Manufacturing and Commerce from McMaster University and also a B. Sc. in chemistry and computer science from McMaster. on my personal side, I'm the father of 3 teenagers and husband in a bi racial marriage.
