I am a competent professional with a previous career starting as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager rising to Marketing Director with the TV/Media Industry, having worked across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa markets on a variety of promotional campaigns for films, series, documentaries and reality shows for various TV channels. After a career change from the Media Industry and with a desire to get a better work/family /personal life balance I decided to go freelance. Using my experience to date and most specifically my excellent organisational core skills, I choose to freelance and support local businesses with any aspects of administrative duties, to better help them achieve their business goals, which began with Solatherm Ltd. With the down turn in business as a result of Coronavirus, that came to an end. I then did a few months volunteering at a local Covid Vaccination Clinic, after which a new opportunity arose to work in a completely different work environment - namely a busy thriving secondary school. I'm now proud to be a part-time receptionist at Graveney School working to support our local community in one of the most successful schools in London. In my previous career as Marketing Director, I created, developed and implemented communications strategies showing strong leadership and a commercial approach with the ability to motivate and propel others together results. Highly skilled at event management, developing lasting relationships with all manner of business partners from filmmakers, talent and their representatives, to distribution clients and media agencies. Overall, I am a strong, clear and calm communicator at all levels, self-motivated, committed to executing any tasks to the best of my ability. I pride myself on being a great problem solver, who sees hurdles as challenges. I am always happy to help people with a flexible approach to carry out all types of work.
