The goal of the program "Ideutvikling" is to develop more businesses and new jobs by transforming unemployed into business owners. The program was developed in co-operation with NAV (nav.no). The program has excellent results with only 2 percent of the participants still being dependent on NAV after ended program. The task was being a mentor for the participants, teaching them on "how to do business" and matching them with capital, existing businesses and other useful and needed resources to help them start and grow their business. During the same period I was also Head of marketing for AS3 in the region of Telemark. Responsible for communcation, customerrelations and new sales.
