As animal technician at Karolinska I am responsible for health checkups, administration, biopsy and blood sampling, breeding on research mice in medical research. I am working in close collaboration with other functional bodies in the organisation, such as; Animal welfare body, veterinaries, researchers, logistic department, management group etc. The position comes with high responsibility and requires high precision.

Hoddevik

As Camp Manager in Hoddevik, Norway, I was in charge of planning of staff schedule, supply and repair, cleaning and guest allocation as well as estimation of grocery needs, economic reporting, youth camp logistics, structuring of routines, distribution of information between camp and guest, headquarters and other stakeholders. The camp has a sustainability and surf focus and hosted youth camps for seven weeks over the summer as well as regular guest. My responsibility was to make sure to facilitate workforce and appliances in an effective and strategic manner.

As consultant at Alten I was positioned to work with Scania Cab development located in Oskarshamn. I got much responsibility working as project coordinator in hectic and critical situations. My responsibility at Scania was to coordinate projects solving functional deviation causing critical negativ effect for enduser or Scania. To structure projects like these I structured a team with necessary functions/knowledge. My function as a coordinator was to assure progress in the projects but also to distribute progress reports up in the hierarchy and answer to demands put on the projects.
