Including internal price settlement, defining the KPI’s, and being the liaison between the Group’s units and our partner in India. Geographically, the concept covers Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the UK and Germany.Responsible for determining, optimising and implementing global processes. The process team consists of 2 global process owners and 3 specialists.Responsible for IT-Apllications used across the Group, banking solution, travel management solution and scanning-workflow solution. Ownership of finance modules within Navision (several solutions used across the Group). Responsible for planning and coordination of audit.Results:Built a stable set-up in Egmont Finance India (Genpact) and Finance Service Delivery after outsourcing in 2013. o Assessed on ratings from the serviced business units.Established good collaboration between the outsourcing partner and the Group’s entities.Conducted audit without any significant comments.Implementation of significant processes optimisation across 60 units and 6 countries.Harmonisation of systems in the form of mergers and optimisation across divisions.Organised additional tasks to our partner in India.Managed high employee satisfaction together with high degree of deliverables.

EFO covers Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the UK and Germany.Continuous optimisation, standardization and simplification through process ownership of selected financial processes.Staff development and motivation.Preparation of strategy for the area, including SLA, Pricing and customer service.Responsible for operational Cash Management covering the same geographic area as EFO.Participation in many projects and managing various project roles, including the transformation project moving from captive SSC into Business Process Outsourcing in India. Responsible for different key areas during the transition in 2013 as well as the initial analysis in 2012. Subsequent implementation and execution of own organisation. Change management and human resources management has been exercised in practice and with good results. ResultsEstablishing KPI’s for important areas.Implemented many IT solutions such as scanning workflow, electronic travel expenses reimbursement and electronic forms. All solutions that help to optimise areas in relation to efficiency and quality.Implementation of a new banking solution across international borders and corporate structures in Egmont.
