    I am currently working within two areas: 1) as a Clinical Psychologist I work with assessment, support & brief intervention regarding stress, work place health, mental health in general, substance abuse and family problems. Over the last couple of years, I have also specialised in sleep interventions. I pride myself in using referrals whenever a case is outside my own area of expertise. I am also on call in regards to critical episodes at the work place after which I offer individual and group debriefing. 2) as an Organisational Psychologist working with training management and staff in public and private companies in regard to mental health at the work place (especially stress), HSE project designs and applications as well as organisational development.
