Dual role; Regional HR Director for JELD-WEN's Northern Europe region with 19 locations (14 factories) and app. 3.200 employees in 6 countries in Scandinavia and Baltics. In addition, HR Director for Product Management, Marketing, Engineering (R&D), and Sustainability & Quality across Europe. With my team of HR professionals located across the North region, we are building and implementing a strong business oriented people function across the region, adding value to the business and our stakeholders. At the same time, we are working closely with our US Headquarters and other regions on operational excellence and continuous improvement such as global implementation of SAP Success Factors HR, Time & Attendance System, and pan-European payroll provider. JELD-WEN is one of the world’s largest door and window manufacturers, and we hold the #1 position by net revenues in the majority of the countries and markets we serve. We design, produce, and distribute an extensive range of interior and exterior doors, wood, vinyl, and aluminum windows, and related products for use in the new construction and repair and remodeling, or “R&R”, of residential homes and, to a lesser extent, non-residential buildings. JELD-WEN employs app. 21.000 people and operates manufacturing facilities in 20 countries, located primarily in North America, Europe, and Australia.

Head of Corporate HR for the companies in AR Packaging Group world wide. Establishing a corporate HR Function with focus on various aspects of talent management; developing and implementing HR processes and governance, performance management, organizational development, succession planning, training & development and talent attraction. AR Packaging Group is one of Europe’s leading companies in the packaging sector with a sales of 600 mEUR and 3.200 employees in 17 factories in 10 countries. In the two regions there is a total of app 1300 employees at 28 different locations in 25 different countries. With my dedicated team of 12 HR Business partners and HR Coordinators scattered around the region, I worked with the full range of human resource, in particular organisational development and restructuring, performance management, change management, executive coaching, succession planning, due diligence and acquisitions, recruitment and employee engagement, training & development, HR processes & policies. In addition, I headed our Global Center of Excellence, Employer Branding and Recruitment, focusing on attracting, hiring and retaining the very best employees.
