About Mette Mikkelsen

With a background from sales/marketing and being self-employed since 2012, I've obtained a broad expertise which is brought into play on consultancy basis.Primarily, I have been managing IT projects starting with analysing the organisational needs, writing high-level requirement specifications/request for quote, gathering and analysing info to finally select a supplier. From there on, I have been responsible for the progress and success of the project according to defined KPIs. I have been involved to various degrees with development and testing leading to implementation, training and project evaluation.I have a very structured approach to anything I do thus systematically work my way from idea/problem to solution. I analyse a great deal and seek rational, logical outcomes. I thrive with idea/option evaluation and strategic planning. I value intelligence, knowledge, and competence, and typically have high standards in these regards, which I continuously strive to fulfill.
