I have spearheaded the definition of a new brand narrative and a shared purpose statement for Dansk Supermarked Group leading to a new corporate brand identity and the name change to Salling Group on June 1st 2018. The purpose, Improving Everyday Life, expresses the impact that our 100% foundation-owned organisation aims to have on not only its customers but also its communities. I have also headed the process of defining and implementing corporate values, which have replaced all other existing value programmes in Netto, føtex, Bilka, Salling, Wupti and Group functions.

My role in Global Communication is to ensure that we communicate clearly and consistently about who we are, what we want to achieve and how we plan to get there. I do this by supporting Arla’s top management and other key colleagues in expressing and illustrating our vision, strategy, values etc. by everyday examples in various channels (leadership communication, internal communication, involvement activities, websites, annual reports etc.) The ultimate goal is to strengthen Arla’s reputation.I’m also a communication business partner for one of Arla’s business groups, Consumer International. My goal is to support the leadership team in delivering their ambitious growth strategies by ensuring clear communication to the organisation and by creating internal engagement. Additionally, I will build a clear internal and external profile of Arla’s international business, particularly of our key markets Russia, China, US, the Middle East and Africa.
