My fields of interest are found within communication, rewilding, biodiversity and sustainability. Undergoing my thesis at AU, I worked with red deer in Klelund Dyrehave and since then I have worked with communication about rewilding and biodiversity in Danish nature. Especially during my employment at Lille Vildmosecentret, I consulted on developing and building the exhibition about the Nordic Giants in Lille Vildmose. Most recently, I have, among other things, worked with Rig Natur in Vilde Haver in Aalborg Municipality, as part of their biodiversity strategy. Here I contributed i.a. with short information videos on Naturvejleder Aalborg's Facebook page.I was born and lived 4 years in Tokyo, Japan, because of my fathers job at B&O and later at the Danish embassy. Lived briefly in Milan, Italy, before moving to the west coast of Jutland, Denmark. When I graduated from highschool I went to Australia for a year working at a dairy farm i nothern Victoria. I started studying biology at Aarhus University when I got back mainly in the subject of animal behavior and animal physiology. My bachelor project in animal behavior focused on teat preference in piglets which was performed at the research center Foulum. The master thesis entitled ‘Measuring basic behavior with a head mounted accelerometer: a case study of the red deer (Cervus elaphus)’ was done in collaboration with Klelund Dyrehave and Springbakgaard in nothern Jutland. During my thesis work, my understanding of rewilding and its link to biodiversity in Danish nature was truly developed.Since then time has passed with an employment at Lille Vildmosecentret and later a time limited employment at Aalborg Municipality as well as two maternaty leaves.
